Flexible TPU 3D Printing Service
Bambu Lab TPU 90A· Soft, rubber-like TPU 90A for parts that bend, grip and absorb impact.
Made in Navi Mumbai · Free delivery in Mumbai · Shipped across India
TPU 90A is a soft, flexible thermoplastic polyurethane that behaves like rubber. It stretches to more than six times its length before breaking and springs back to shape, so it is ideal for gaskets, seals, grips, phone cases, bumpers and vibration dampers.
We print TPU at our studio in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. In drone and robotics builds it is the natural partner to carbon fibre nylon: rigid frames in PA6-CF, soft dampers and bumpers in TPU. Parts are delivered free across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

About Bambu Lab TPU 90A
What TPU 90A is best for
- Gaskets, seals and O-ring style parts
- Grips, handles and soft-touch covers
- Drone camera dampers, landing feet and bumpers
- Protective cases and corner guards
- Vibration-isolating mounts
- Flexible hinges, straps and cable boots
TPU 90A strengths and limitations
Strengths
- Very flexible and stretchy: over 650% elongation in-plane
- Excellent impact absorption; it does not shatter
- Good abrasion and oil resistance
- Layers bond strongly, so parts are tough in every direction
Limitations
- Too soft for structural or load-bearing parts
- Fine details and sharp overhangs are harder than in rigid plastics
- Prints slowly, so large TPU parts cost more in machine time

Design guidelines for TPU 90A parts
Follow these when preparing your file. Our team also checks every order before printing and flags anything that needs changing.
- Minimum wall thickness
- 1.2 mm; thicker walls make the part stiffer
- Controlling softness
- Lower infill and thinner walls give a softer feel
- Overhangs
- Keep under 45°; supports are hard to remove from TPU
- Snap fits and seals
- Design 0.1–0.2 mm interference for a snug seal
- Typical tolerance
- ±0.3 mm

TPU 90A 3D printing FAQ
01 What is TPU 90A used for?
TPU 90A is used for flexible parts: gaskets, seals, grips, protective cases, bumpers and vibration dampers. It is the right choice whenever a part needs to bend or cushion instead of staying rigid.
02 What does 90A mean?
90A is the Shore hardness. Lower numbers are softer. TPU 90A is noticeably soft and rubbery, softer than the more common TPU 95A, which suits seals, grips and dampers.
03 Can I make a TPU part softer or firmer?
Yes. Within the same material, lower infill and thinner walls make a part softer, while higher infill and thicker walls make it firmer. Mention the feel you need when you order and we will set it up.
04 Is TPU waterproof?
TPU itself does not absorb water and resists oils and abrasion, so it works well for seals and outdoor parts. A printed part is watertight if it is designed with solid walls and enough wall thickness.
05 Do you ship TPU 90A 3D printed parts across India?
