Flexible Resin 3D Printing
F80 Elastic 3D Printer Resin Black· Soft, rubber-like resin with fine detail.
Made in Navi Mumbai · Free delivery in Mumbai · Shipped across India
Flexible 80A resin prints soft, rubber-like parts with the fine detail of resin printing. It bends, compresses and returns to shape, so it suits seals, soft-touch prototypes, cushions and detailed flexible parts that FDM TPU cannot resolve.
It is also how we make flexible moulds. A rigid FDM print cannot be a flexible mould, but a mould printed in elastic resin can be used for wax patterns and casting work, including moulds generated with our own Akritio mould tool. We print it in black at our Vashi studio and deliver free across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

About F80 Elastic 3D Printer Resin Black
F80 is a soft and elastic resin, you can choose between black and pink colors for your printing needs. The pink option is particularly well-suited for creating dental gingival models, while the black option is suitable for making toy tires, shoe samples, seals, buffers, and various elastic prototypes. F80 resin can retain its softness even in colder temperatures. It is not recommended for novice users due to its high viscosity, which can pose a printing challenge.
- Soft touch : F80 resin prints have a Shore hardness of 50-60A, soft to the touch, full of elasticity. Pink F80 resin is perfect for making dental gingival models
- Good resilience : F80 resin prints have good resilience, and they can quickly recover their shape after deformation.
- Low temperature resistance : Even in the cold winter below 10°C, F80 prints still remain soft, although their elasticity will decrease as the temperature decreases.
- Broad adaptability : F80 resin is suitable for all mainstream LCD/MSLA/DLP 3d printers on the market, including RGB or Mono screen printers.

Design guidelines for Flexible Resin parts
Follow these when preparing your file. Our team also checks every order before printing and flags anything that needs changing.
- Minimum wall thickness
- 1.5 mm; thicker walls make the part firmer
- Mould walls
- At least 2–3 mm around the cavity
- Minimum detail
- Around 0.4 mm embossed detail
- Hollow parts
- Add drain holes of at least 3 mm
- Typical tolerance
- ±0.15–0.2 mm

Flexible Resin 3D printing FAQ
01 What is flexible resin used for?
Flexible resin is used for detailed parts that need to bend or compress: seals, soft-touch prototypes, cushions and flexible moulds for wax patterns and casting.
02 Should I choose flexible resin or TPU?
TPU is tougher, more tear resistant and better for larger parts. Flexible resin captures finer detail and smoother surfaces. For seals and dampers, TPU is usually better; for detailed flexible parts and moulds, flexible resin wins.
03 Can I 3D print a flexible mould for jewellery wax?
Yes. A flexible mould has to be printed in an elastic resin like this one, not in FDM plastic. Generate the mould with Akritio or your own CAD, and we will print it in flexible resin.
04 Do you ship Flexible Resin 3D printed parts across India?
Yes. Flexible Resin parts are made at our studio in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and shipped anywhere in India by BlueDart or Delhivery with live tracking. Upload your file to the instant quote calculator, choose Flexible Resin, and the price is shown in about a minute with no minimum order.
05 Do you deliver Flexible Resin parts across Mumbai?
Yes. We print Flexible Resin at our studio in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and deliver free across all of Mumbai, Thane up to Kalwa and Navi Mumbai up to Seawoods, CBD Belapur and Ulwe. Mira Road, Vasai–Virar, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi, Panvel and Uran ship by courier for a delivery charge. Typical lead time for Flexible Resin is 3–5 days.
