Design guidelines for PLA Resin parts

- Minimum wall thickness
- 0.8 mm supported, 1.5 mm for unsupported walls
- Minimum detail
- Around 0.3 mm embossed detail
- Hollow parts
- Add drain holes of at least 3 mm so resin can escape
- Clearance for moving fits
- 0.2–0.3 mm per side
- Typical tolerance
- ±0.1–0.15 mm
